Every tech guy I spoke to said no way it was cracked and would have a perfectly thin vertical line on the screen. When I called Lenovo they said it sounded like a faulty screen and to send it in, but they warned that if it was cracked they would charge $200 to repair. It started with a straight, thin, perfectly vertical line down entire screen and then after a few days it progressed until you couldn't see the screen anymore.
